Job summary

Washington State University in Pullman is seeking a Program Coordinator to support the College of Education by handling inquiries, records, and documents related to field services and certification.

You will assist with multi-campus practicum placement, coordinate with the Director of Field Services, and help complete background clearances required for placement in Washington public schools. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent AND two years of experience in the program specialty OR equivalent education/experience.
• Two years of experience in records management or equivalent experience.
• Proven organizational skills in a diverse environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer student, faculty, and staff inquiries regarding field services and certification.
• Maintain complex records and create various documents.
• Assist in coordination of practicum placement across multi-campus, state-wide.
• Assist in completing background clearances required for placement in WA public schools.
