Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking an Account Manager for Upstream Chemicals to drive productivity in the field, maintain inventories, and support service delivery. You will analyze production data and coordinate with sales support to meet regional client needs.

Qualifications

• Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Upstream Chemicals and Oil & Gas.
• Have minimum high school diploma.
• Have demonstrated mechanically inclined mindset.
• Have demonstrated ability to communicate, present and explain to both clients and upper management effectively and clearly.
• Have a solid understanding of the Upstream Chemicals business through work experience.
• Have ability to interpret production data, dynamometer data, electrical measurements, and operational trends.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining customer field inventory.
• Meeting customer expectations through immediate and timely problem solving.
• Handling diverse clients in a region and cooperating with (technical) sales support to realize sales.
• Undertaking field service work on client’s operations.
• Servicing pumps in the field.
• Undertaking lab analysis.
• Undertaking maintenance services on-site (preventive and remedial).
• Managing maintenance facilities and field services engineering.
• Support sales and business development efforts through technical presentations, product recommendations, and customer engagement.
