Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking an Account Manager to drive field service operations and frontline productivity in the Upstream Chemicals domain. You will manage field inventory, coordinate with sales support, and deliver timely problem solving to diverse clients.

This role requires at least 2 years in Upstream Chemicals and Oil & Gas, a high school diploma, and a mechanical mindset. You will analyze production data and field metrics to improve operations and cost effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in Upstream Chemicals and Oil & Gas.
• High school diploma required.
• Mechanically inclined mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients and upper management.
• Solid understanding of the Upstream Chemicals business from work experience.
• Ability to interpret production data, dynamometer data, electrical measurements, and operational trends.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining customer field inventory
• Meeting customer expectations through immediate and timely problem solving
• Handling diverse clients in a region and cooperating with (technical) sales support to realize sales
• Undertaking field service work on client's operations
• Servicing pumps in the field
• Undertaking lab analysis
• Undertaking maintenance services on-site (preventive and remedial)
• Managing maintenance facilities and field services engineering
• Support sales and business development efforts through technical presentations, product recommendations, and customer engagement
