Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage P&L, WIP, and customer experience metrics (NPS).
• Lead local operations with servant leadership and hands-on approach.
• Ensure programs comply with Rivian objectives.
• Hire, develop, and manage site leadership and staff.
• Collaborate with Service Operations, Sales, Retail, and Delivery & Field Operations teams.
• Track KPI reporting at Service Centers.
