Job summary

Power Home Remodeling is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose installation issues and draft fixed timelines for repair or replacement, with a focus on windows, doors, siding, roofing and gutters. The role is field-based with minimal supervision and requires experience in residential construction.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years in the home remodeling industry, OSHA 10 or lead renovator certification upon employment, and a strong customer-service mindset to ensure high satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; 2–4 years in related work experience.
• OSHA 10 and RRP Lead Renovator Certification required (will be provided if not currently certified).
• Experience in home remodeling with emphasis on windows/doors, siding, roofing, gutters.

Responsibilities

• Confirm scheduled services 1–2 days in advance.
• Prepare equipment/materials before appointments.
• Review customer details and service requirements beforehand.
• Perform services efficiently, adhering to safety protocols and standards.
• Complete services within designated timeframes with quality workmanship.
• Improve service delivery and customer satisfaction; provide feedback.
• Maintain timely communication for issues requiring escalation.
