Job summary

Marvin is hiring a Field Service Technician in Atlanta, GA to deliver premium post-sales support for windows and doors. You will engage directly with customers, diagnose issues, propose solutions, and ensure a lasting positive experience on every visit.

You will manage your own schedule, plan efficient routes, document visits clearly, and operate a company-provided vehicle with a laptop or iPad for service records. Prior construction experience is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of construction experience, especially windows/doors.
• Self-starter with strong work ethic and problem-solving skills.
• Clear communication with customers.
• Organized, tech-savvy, and able to lift up to 75 lbs and climb ladders.
• Valid driver’s license and DOT medical certification.
