Job summary

Marvin is hiring a Field Service Technician to deliver post-sales support for premium windows and doors. You will work directly with customers to solve problems, document visits, and manage your own schedule using a company vehicle and tech tools.

Requirements include 3–5 years in construction (windows/doors), a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 75 lbs. Compensation ranges from $27.00 to $31.00 per hour, with full benefits from Day 1.

• 3–5 years of construction experience, especially with windows and doors.
• Self-starter with strong work ethic and problem-solving skills.
• Clear communication and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and climb ladders or scaffolding.
• Valid driver's license and DOT medical certification
