Marvin is seeking a Field Service Technician to be the face of the brand, delivering post-sales support for premium windows and doors. You will meet customers, solve problems, and ensure their experience is outstanding.

The role requires 3–5 years in construction, especially with windows and doors, plus a valid driver's license and DOT medical certification. You’ll work with a company vehicle, plan routes, and document visits using a laptop or iPad.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of construction experience, especially with windows and doors.
• Self-starter with strong work ethic and ability to solve problems on the fly.
• Clear communication and keeping the customer first.
• Organized, tech-savvy and able to lift up to 75 lbs and climb ladders or scaffolding.
• Hold a valid driver’s license and meet DOT medical certification requirements.

Responsibilities
