Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Field Service Technician to serve customers across Seattle and surrounding areas. You will be the face of Marvin, providing post-sales support for premium windows and doors and solving problems on the fly. Plan routes, document visits, and operate with a company vehicle and provided tech.

You should have 3–5 years in construction, be self-motivated, and communicate clearly with customers to ensure outstanding service. Health benefits and other rewards are included from Day 1.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of construction experience, especially with windows and doors.
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and problem-solving on the fly.
• Clear communication and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Marvin, delivering post-sales support for windows and doors.
• Collaborate with customers to identify solutions and ensure a great experience.
• Plan routes, manage your schedule, and document service visits clearly; use company vehicle and laptop/iPad.
