Marvin is seeking a Field Service Technician to be the face of our premium windows and doors, delivering exceptional post-sales support and on-site solutions. You will work directly with customers to diagnose issues, plan efficient routes, and document each visit with accuracy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of construction experience, especially with windows and doors.
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and problem-solving on the fly.
• Clear communication and customer-focused approach.
• Organized, tech-savvy, able to lift up to 75 lbs and climb ladders/scaffolding.
• Hold a valid driver’s license and meet DOT medical certification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Marvin, delivering post-sales support for windows and doors.
