Marvin is seeking a Field Service Technician in Nashville to deliver post‑sales support for premium windows and doors. You will troubleshoot on-site, communicate clearly with customers, and contribute to a positive, problem-solving experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of construction experience, especially with windows and doors.
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and problem-solving skills.
• Clear communication with customers and team members.
• Organized, tech-savvy, able to lift up to 75 lbs and climb ladders/scaffolding.
• Hold a valid driver’s license and meet DOT medical certification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Marvin, delivering post-sales support for premium windows and doors.
• Work directly with customers to diagnose issues, propose solutions, and ensure a great experience.
• Manage your schedule, plan routes efficiently, and document service visits clearly.
