Marvin is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our team and deliver post-sales support for premium windows and doors. You will work directly with customers to resolve issues, plan routes, and document visits with a company-provided vehicle and essential tech tools.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of construction experience, especially with windows and doors.
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and problem-solving skills on the fly.
• Clear communication, customer-first mindset.
• Organized, tech-savvy, able to lift up to 75 lbs and climb ladders/scaffolding.
• Hold a valid driver’s license and meet DOT medical certification requirements
