Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver post-sales support for premium windows and doors. You will travel to customer sites, solve problems, and document visits using company-provided tools and vehicle.

The role requires 3–5 years of construction experience, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. A valid driver’s license and DOT medical certification are required. Competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits are provided.

• 3–5 years of construction experience, especially with windows and doors.
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and problem-solving on the fly.
• Clear communication and customer-focused mindset.
• Organized, tech-savvy, able to lift up to 75 lbs and climb ladders/scaffolding.
• Hold a valid driver’s license and meet DOT medical certification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Marvin, delivering post-sales support for windows and doors.
• Work with customers to solve problems and provide solutions.
• Plan routes, manage your schedule, and document service visits clearly with a company vehicle and a laptop/iPad.
