Job summary

Pella Products of Kansas is seeking a Service Department Technician in Wichita to repair and service Pella products at customers' homes and business sites. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs or replacements, and educate customers on maintenance and warranty options.

The role requires travel up to 40%, a valid driver’s license, and physical capability to handle large window/door components. You will report to the Service Manager and work a 7:00 am to 6:00 pm schedule.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrate competency in repairing or replacing window and door parts.
• Proficient use of basic hand tools.
• Valid driver’s license and insurability.
• Able to travel up to 40% and pass background/drug screens.

Responsibilities

• Repair and replace Pella products; educate customers on maintenance.
• Determine issue by evaluating symptoms.
• Advise customers on warranty and charges.
• Communicate project information to service coordinators.
• Maintain inventory of service parts.
• Ensure company vehicle is in good condition.
