Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 2-4 years of related work experience are required.
• OSHA 10 and Lead Renovator Certification may be obtained after employment.
• General knowledge of residential construction and hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

• Confirm all scheduled services 1-2 days in advance to ensure readiness.
• Prepare equipment and/or materials prior to scheduled appointments.
• Review customer details, service requirements, and any special instructions.
