Ecolab's Nalco Water segment seeks a Field Service Representative to service cooling towers and water disinfection equipment across a local territory in Bellingham, WA. You will work in the field, build trusted customer relationships, and deliver practical solutions that protect assets and improve operations.

This role requires a high school diploma, 2 years in water treatment or industrial settings, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2 years of experience in water treatment or an industrial/mechanical environment.
• Current, valid Driver’s License with no restrictions; no immigration sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert service and support for cooling tower cleaning and water disinfection.
• Provide technical support and address complex challenges as needed.
• Build strong relationships with customers and promote best practices.
• Ensure full compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Log data, perform chemistry tests, and maintain product inventories at customer sites.
• Support Sales Representatives in strategic district accounts to execute customer system assurance plans.
• Provide technical support to customers and escalate issues as required.
