Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Field Service Representative to join Nalco Water in Birmingham, AL. You will perform hands-on service at customer sites, supporting cooling tower cleaning and water disinfection with a strong customer-first approach.

You will travel up to 25% and build trusted relationships while ensuring safety, data accuracy, and adherence to protocols. The role offers industry-leading training and opportunities for growth in a sustainability-focused business.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in water treatment or an industrial/mechanical environment.
• Current and valid Driver's License with no restrictions.
• No immigration sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert service and support at customer sites for cooling tower cleaning and water disinfection.
• Provide technical support and escalate complex challenges as needed.
• Build strong relationships with customers and promote best practices.
• Ensure full compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Log, report data, and maintain product inventories at customer accounts.
• Support Sales Representatives with routine service to execute customer system assurance plans.
• Identify and resolve customer pain points and escalate when required.
