Job summary

Veolia Water Technologies in the United States is seeking a Field Service Representative to deliver on-site technical service for chemical feed equipment and water treatment systems. You will install, service, and troubleshoot equipment at customer sites, act as the technical liaison, and build lasting relationships through expert support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in instrumentation & electronics, plant operations/maintenance, or equivalent technical training.
• A valid driver’s license (learner’s permit or G1/G2 class will not qualify).
• Technical degree in Electrical/Electronic Technology or related discipline (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in instrumentation & electronics, plant operations/maintenance (preferred).
• Familiarity with water treatment processes and industrial equipment (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and service chemical feed equipment, pumps, controllers, and instrumentation systems at customer locations.
• Obtain samples and perform water testing; enter data into Veolia’s Insight platform.
• Provide expert recommendations, training, and solutions to customer teams.
• Calibrate equipment, program controllers, perform preventative maintenance, and diagnose/resolve issues onsite or remotely.
• Maintain detailed service reports and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Support multiple customer sites within the territory and coordinate with sales for service delivery.
