Job summary

Veolia is seeking an experienced Field Service Representative to deliver on-site technical service and act as the primary liaison between Veolia and industrial customers. You will install, maintain, and troubleshoot chemical feed equipment and water treatment systems while building lasting customer relationships through technical excellence.

You will travel within assigned territory to multiple sites, perform water testing, calibrate equipment, and provide expert recommendations.

Qualifications

• Technical degree/diploma in Electrical, Electronic Technology, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• 2–5 years of instrumentation & electronics, plant operations/maintenance or equivalent technical training.
• Familiarity with water treatment processes and industrial equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and service chemical feed equipment, pumps, controllers, and instrumentation systems at customer sites.
• Perform water testing including pH, conductivity, hardness, silica; enter data into trending platform.
• Act as technical consultant, providing recommendations, training and solutions to customer teams.
• Calibrate equipment, program controllers, perform preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot on-site or remotely.
• Maintain detailed service reports, manage inventory, and follow safety protocols.
• Support multiple sites within a territory and coordinate with sales for service delivery.
