Job summary

Veolia North America, LLC is seeking an experienced Field Service Representative to deliver on-site technical service for chemical feed equipment and water treatment systems. You will act as the primary technical liaison between Veolia and industrial customers, working independently across diverse industries.

The role requires installing, commissioning, maintaining equipment, performing water testing, providing expert recommendations, and ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in instrumentation, electronics, plant operations or related training.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to travel to multiple sites and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and service chemical feed equipment and instrumentation at customer sites.
• Perform water testing and data entry into Veolia Insight platform.
• Provide technical consultation and training to customers and teams.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and troubleshoot systems on-site and remotely.
