Veolia seeks a Field Service Representative to deliver on-site technical service, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting for chemical feed equipment and water treatment systems across multiple customer sites.

The role emphasizes safety, accurate reporting, training customers, and coordinating with sales to ensure optimal service delivery while building strong customer relationships through technical expertise.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or equivalent in Electrical, Electronic Technology, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline preferred; H.S. diploma required.
• 2–5 years in instrumentation/electronics or plant ops/maintenance or equivalent training.
• Familiarity with water treatment processes and industrial equipment preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Responsabilités

• Install, commission, and service chemical feed equipment, pumps, controllers, and instrumentation systems at customer sites.
• Obtain samples and perform water testing (pH, conductivity, hardness, silica, PTSA) and log data.
• Provide expert recommendations, training, and solutions to customer teams.
• Calibrate equipment, program controllers, perform preventative maintenance, and troubleshoot on-site or via remote support.
• Maintain service reports, inventory, and adhere to safety protocols.
• Support multiple sites within a territory and coordinate with sales for service delivery.
