Job summary

Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions in the United States seeks a Resident Field Service Representative to deliver maintenance and repair on water treatment systems across industries. You will troubleshoot, perform calibration, and support operations to meet contract specs.

This role requires hands-on mechanical, electrical, and analytical skills, the ability to work remotely with project teams, and a commitment to safety in industrial environments.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to work independently and remotely with project teams
• Strong technical, mathematical and customer service skills
• General knowledge of electrical equipment, water chemistry and safety
• Ability to learn company procedures within a reasonable time from start of employment
• Valid Driver’s License
• Willingness to travel to customer sites for service

Responsibilities

• Carry out mechanical, electrical, and controls preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment such as valves, air compressors, ejectors, process pumps, and instrumentation
• Consult with customer management and operation teams
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and chemicals and replacements
• Create and maintain site paperwork, and provide customers with detailed technical summaries of work performed
• Ensure contract compliance of volume and quality specifications
• Perform analytical testing such as turbidity, hardness, chlorine, pH, CO2, O2, SDI, TOC, etc.
• Assist in service activities including parts refurbishment, calibration, inspection, and customer communications
• Coordinate schedules based on customer and business needs
