Job summary

Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions in the United States seeks a Resident Field Service Representative to perform maintenance and troubleshooting on water treatment systems across industries. You will diagnose issues, conduct analytical testing, and ensure contract compliance while coordinating with customers and internal teams.

The role requires practical hands-on skills, mechanical and electrical knowledge, and the ability to work independently or with teams in outdoor industrial

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or international equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years of service/maintenance or equivalent in an industrial environment.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Science/Engineering (STEM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out mechanical, electrical, and controls preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.
• Consult with customer management and operation teams.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and chemicals; ensure supply continuity.
• Create and maintain site paperwork and provide detailed technical summaries of work performed.
• Ensure contract compliance of volume and quality specifications.
• Perform analytical testing (turbidity, hardness, chlorine, pH, CO2, O2, SDI, TOC).
• Assist in service activities including calibration, inspection, and repairs.
• Be flexible with schedules based on customer and business needs.
