Qualifications

3 to 5 years’ experience with ozone oxidation equipment in municipal or industrial water/wastewater.
Ability to read P&ID diagrams and related drawings (hydraulic, piping, diffusers, pumps, valves, skids).
Instrumentation training/repair experience (flow meters, transmitters, sensors).
Electrical equipment experience for low/medium voltage distribution and NEC/IEEE knowledge.
Controls & networks: PLC/HMI, online debugging, SCADA interface, I/O hardware/software.
Knowledge of UL and CSA requirements.
Able to conduct training sessions for customer operators.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Travel >75% within US/Canada; valid driver’s license and passport.
Green Belt Certification preferred (or willingness to acquire).

Responsibilities

Service skills and repair situation management on site.
Complete installation, startup, testing, training, project closeout, and warranties.
Identify service requirements and manage site resources to meet deadlines.
Audit equipment condition to identify service opportunities and reduce downtime.
Troubleshoot with customer reps and arrange parts/service to resolve issues.
Maintain timely communications with customers and internal teams.
Review project specifications to clearly understand requirements.
Prepare and deliver on-site training on operation, safety, and maintenance.
Submit activity reports and project documentation weekly.
Monitor budgeted hours and keep site work within forecast.
