Job summary

Raymond West in Oregon is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our service team. The technician will repair and service customer equipment, maintain communication with customers, peers, and management, and uphold safety guidelines.

This position requires travel within assigned territories, a company vehicle with fuel card, and potential overtime. Candidates should have knowledge of hydraulics, diesel engines, and basic electrical concepts, and must pass a pre-employment physical.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers and teammates.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Must be able to work overtime and travel within assigned territories.

Responsibilities

• Repair all types of equipment Raymond West sells and services.
• Maintain accurate parts inventory and complete paperwork neatly.
• Communicate options to customers before proceeding with work.
• Pass Raymond Certification and re-certification if applicable.
