Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old (21+ if CDL required).
• Valid U.S. CDL license with Non-Excepted Interstate Status (if applicable).
• Pass DOT Physical and DOT Road-test (if required).
• Adhere to DOT Regulations.
• Senior technician requires refrigeration certification Type I/II (if applicable).
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Repair and perform preventative maintenance on vending equipment.
• Unload and reload with products as necessary.
• Educate customers on basic equipment repair and upkeep procedures.
• Install equipment by connecting lines, water and gas supplies, and drains.
• Fill installed equipment and adjust mixtures.
• Prioritize and schedule service and PM calls to meet windows.
• Drive to locations, assess situations, and perform necessary work.
• Collect accurate equipment and customer information.
• Replace old parts and maintain truck inventory.
• Complete paperwork after each call and call in every two hours.
• Establish positive relationships with contacts at service calls.
• Transport miscellaneous items as needed.
• Maintain regular attendance.
