Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking an experienced field service technician to install, repair and maintain vending and fountain equipment at customer accounts. You will diagnose problems, perform repairs or replacements, and guide customers on basic maintenance.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and move up to 45 pounds repeatedly.
• Experience with mechanical and electrical repair is preferred.
• Strong customer-facing communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Repair and perform preventative maintenance on vending, cooling, and/or fountain equipment.
• Diagnose equipment problems and determine repair or replace actions.
• Unload and reload with products as necessary and educate customers on upkeep.
• Install equipment by connecting lines, paying attention to water and gas connections.
• Schedule service and PM calls to meet customer service windows.
• Travel to locations and perform necessary work, including plumbing, electrical, and refrigeration tasks.
• Maintain inventory and complete paperwork after each call.
