Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with mechanical systems, troubleshooting and repairing appliances.

Responsibilities

• Repair and perform preventive maintenance on vending, cooling and fountain equipment.
• Unload and reload with products as necessary.
• Educate customers on basic equipment repair and upkeep procedures.
• Install equipment by connecting lines and utilities; adjust mixtures.
• Prioritize service calls to meet customer windows.
• Drive to locations and perform repairs including plumbing, electrical or refrigeration work.
• Maintain parts inventory and complete paperwork after calls.
• Establish positive relationships with store contacts during service calls.
