Job summary

Ecolab in Austin, TX is seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver high-quality service, installations, maintenance, and issue resolution across Institutional markets. This field-based role may require travel to nearby locations including Round Rock and Cedar Park.

You’ll support customers, meet Ecolab Brand Standards, and partner with sales and service teams to ensure a consistent, safe, and efficient customer experience. The role offers paid training and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of service-related experience (maintenance, troubleshooting, installation).
• Current, valid Driver’s License with no restrictions.
• No immigration sponsorship available.
• Willingness to work overnight shifts and respond to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide service-intensive support to customers across the market.
• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on warewashing, laundry, dispensing equipment.
• Complete emergency service requests and planned/unplanned work orders.
• Manage equipment, parts, and inventory for a fully stocked vehicle.
• Document all work accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to improve responsiveness and customer experience.
