Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Field Service Technician to join the Minneapolis market. This field-based role involves delivering high-quality service, installations, maintenance, and issue resolution for Institutional customers.

You will travel within the Minneapolis area with a company vehicle, work 10-hour shifts, and participate in paid training. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans as part of a comprehensive package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2 years of service-related experience.
• Current and valid Driver's License with no restrictions.
• Overnight shifts and on-call availability may be required.
• No Immigration Sponsorship available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide field-based service to customers across the Minneapolis market.
• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on warewashing, laundry, dispensing equipment, and related systems.
• Complete emergency service requests and planned/unplanned work orders.
• Manage equipment and inventory to support first-time fix performance.
• Document all work performed accurately and timely, and communicate value to customers.
• Collaborate with sales, distribution, and service teams to improve responsiveness.
