Job summary

ECOLAB is seeking a Field Service Technician to join the Atlanta, GA market. You will deliver high-quality service, installations, maintenance, and issue resolution for Institutional customers, supporting across multiple segments and ensuring brand standards.

You will work with sales and service teams to drive a superior customer experience. The role requires 2+ years of service-related experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of service-related experience in equipment installation or repair.
• Valid driver's license with no restrictions is required.
• No immigration sponsorship is available for this position.
• Ability to work overnight shifts and provide emergency call assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide field-based service to customers across the market with reliable execution.
• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on warewashing, laundry, and dispensing equipment.
• Complete emergency service requests and planned/unplanned work orders.
• Manage equipment, parts, and inventory for first-time fixes and timely documentation.
• Communicate value to customers and partner with sales and service teams to improve responsiveness.
