Job summary

Ecolab seeks a Field Service Technician to join the Orlando, FL market. This field-based role delivers high-quality service, installations, maintenance, and issue resolution for Institutional clients, supporting sales and service teams to improve customer outcomes.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, emergency service, inventory management, and precise documentation. Travel across the Orlando area is required; a company vehicle is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of service-related experience, such as maintaining, troubleshooting, and installing equipment.
• Current and valid Driver’s License with no restrictions.
• No Immigration Sponsorship available for this position.
• Availability to work overnight shifts and provide emergency call assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide field-based service and accountable for customer program execution.
• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on warewashing, laundry, dispensing equipment, and related systems.
• Complete emergencies, changeouts, and planned/unplanned work orders efficiently.
• Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to support first-time fix performance.
