Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our Raleigh, NC market. In this field-based service role, you will deliver consistent, high-quality customer program execution through reliable service, installations, maintenance, and issue resolution.

You will support customers across Institutional business segments and ensure Ecolab Brand Standards are met. Work schedule includes 10-hour shifts, travel may be required across the Raleigh-Durham area.

Qualifications

• 2 years of service-related experience, such as maintaining, troubleshooting, and installing equipment.
• Availability to work overnight shifts and provide emergency call assistance which may occur at night, on weekends and over holidays.
• Current and valid Driver's License with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Provide service-intensive support to customers across the market, including aligned and centralized customers.
• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on warewashing, laundry, dispensing equipment, and related systems.
• Complete emergency service requests, equipment changeouts, and other planned and unplanned work orders reliably and efficiently.
• Communicate Ecolab's total value to customers and strengthen customer relationships.
• Partner with sales, distribution, and service teams to improve responsiveness and deliver a consistent customer experience.
