Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our Raleigh, NC team. This field-based role delivers service, installations, maintenance and issue resolution for Institutional customers, ensuring brand standards are met and driving positive customer outcomes.

You'll travel within the Raleigh area, operate a company vehicle, perform preventive maintenance on warewashing and related equipment, complete documentation, and participate in training to advance technical and customer skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of service-related experience, such as maintaining, troubleshooting, and installing equipment
• Current and valid Driver's License with no restrictions
• NoImmigration Sponsorship available for this position
• Availability to work overnight shifts and provide emergency call assistance (nights/weekends/holidays)

Responsibilities

• Provide service-intensive support to customers across the market
• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on warewashing, laundry, dispensing equipment, and related systems
• Complete emergency service requests, equipment changeouts, and other work orders
• Evaluate account conditions during visits and help customers meet Ecolab Brand Standards
• Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to maintain a fully stocked vehicle and support first-time fix
• Complete accurate and timely documentation for all work performed
• Communicate Ecolab's total value to customers and strengthen relationships
• Partner with sales, distribution, and service teams to improve responsiveness and deliver a consistent experience
• Travel to locations in Raleigh, Durham, Wake Forest, Apex, Cary, Chapel Hill, NC
