Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our Salt Lake City, UT market. This field-based role delivers reliable service, installations, maintenance, and issue resolution across Institutional business segments.

You will support customers, ensure brand standards, and collaborate with sales and service teams to enhance the customer experience. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 2+ years in service roles, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2 years of service-related experience.
• Current and valid driver’s license with no restrictions.
• No immigration sponsorship available for this position.
• Availability to work overnight shifts and provide emergency call assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide service-intensive support across the market.
• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on warewashing, laundry, dispensing equipment, and related systems.
• Complete emergency service requests and other planned/work orders.
• Evaluate account conditions and ensure brand standards during visits.
• Manage equipment, parts, and inventory for a well-stocked vehicle and first-time fix performance.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation for all work performed.
• Communicate Ecolab’s value to customers and strengthen relationships.
• Collaborate with sales, distribution, and service teams to improve responsiveness.
