Job summary

ECOLAB in Salt Lake City, UT seeks a Field Service Technician to deliver service, installations, maintenance and issue resolution across Institutional segments. You will support customers with warewashing, laundry and dispensing equipment, ensuring ECOLAB Brand Standards and strong customer outcomes.

This field-based role requires a valid driver's license, 2 years of service-related experience, and willingness to work overnight shifts; a company vehicle is provided and paid training is included

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of service-related experience.
• Valid driver's license with no restrictions.
• No immigration sponsorship available for this position.
• Willingness to work overnight shifts and provide emergency call assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide field-based service across the Salt Lake City market including aligned and centralized customers.
• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on warewashing, laundry, dispensing equipment, and related systems.
• Complete emergency service requests and planned/unplanned work orders.
• Document all work accurately and timely and maintain vehicle inventory for first-time fixes.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to improve responsiveness and customer experience.
