Job summary

GLORY Field Service Technician in Tukwila, WA repairs high-speed cash-handling equipment, installs systems, and performs upgrades while keeping customers informed and safe. You will travel to client sites, troubleshoot autonomously, and manage parts/tools with a focus on quality service.

This role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, driving a company van, and flexing to support on-call rotations and weekend work when needed.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or completed studies in electro-mechanics, electrical engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Certificates in related fields (mechanics, electronics, automation) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose system problems and perform repairs.
• Keep customers informed of progress during maintenance or downtime.
• Complete installations and hardware/software upgrades requiring technical assistance.
• Adhere to safety policies and complete required training.
• Adhere to process improvement and reporting requirements.
