Job summary

GLORY is seeking a Field Service Technician to support customers in Nashua, NH and surrounding areas. The role involves on-site troubleshooting and repair of high-speed cash-handling equipment, with a company van provided and local travel required.

Responsibilities include installations, upgrades, and excellent customer service, with a schedule Tuesday–Saturday and a 8am–5pm shift. 401k, parental leave, and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or completed electro-mechanics, electrical engineering, or equivalent work experience
• Certificates in related fields preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skill
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, network sites and email
• Logical troubleshooting skills and ability to isolate problems at PCB/component level
• 3–5 years of technical field service repair experience preferred
• Hold a Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Ensure overall customer satisfaction
• Diagnose system problems and make repairs
• Keep customer apprised of progress during maintenance or a down system situation
• Complete machine installations, Engineering Change Notices, and hardware/software upgrades
• Adhere to safety guidelines and complete EH&S training
