Job summary
Glory Global Minnesota is seeking a Field Service Technician to diagnose and repair high-speed cash-handling equipment at customer sites. You will conduct installations, upgrades, and provide on-site support while ensuring safety and quality standards.
A valid driver’s license and travel flexibility are essential. Ideal candidates have electro-mechanical training or related field experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or completed electro-mechanics or electrical engineering studies.
- Certificates in related fields such as mechanics, electronics, automation preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and diagrams.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose system problems and make repairs.
- Keep customers informed of progress during maintenance or downtime.
- Complete machine installations and hardware/software upgrades.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and EH&S training.
- Travel to customer sites and work across locations as needed.
