Job summary

GLORY Field Service is seeking a Field Service Technician for second shift in Tukwila, WA. You will troubleshoot and repair high-speed cash-handling equipment, manage parts/tools, and stay updated on GLORY technology.

Requires electro-mechanical training with 3–5 years of field service repair experience; valid driver's license; strong customer service and PC skills. This is a permanent full-time, on-site position with shift differential for 2nd shift.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or completed electro-mechanics or electrical engineering studies.
• Certificates in related fields preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skill.
• Strong PC knowledge and email/navigation skills.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and schematics.
• 3-5 years of field service repair experience preferred.
• Hold a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Ensure overall customer satisfaction.
• Diagnose system problems and perform repairs.
• Keep customer apprised of progress during maintenance.
• Install machines and apply hardware/software upgrades.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and training.
