Job summary

Imperial Supplies, a Grainger Company, seeks a Field Service Technician to travel nationwide, install inventory systems, organize shop layouts, and train customers on our ordering tech. You will work remotely from the field, visiting customer sites across the country, and build lasting relationships while ensuring safe, efficient operations.

Expected to travel up to 90% with a valid driver’s license and a high school diploma; expected to lift up to 75 pounds and work in active shop environments.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install and organize inventory systems, shelving, and steel bin setups.
• Label, stock, and optimize maintenance products for workflow.
• Train customers on ordering technology (scanners, mobile apps, web tools).
• Travel across the United States Monday–Friday to customer locations, building relationships.
