Job summary

CZEISS Industrial Quality Solutions is seeking a Field Service Technician to travel regionally and service advanced measuring instruments. You will install, repair, troubleshoot, service and calibrate CMMs across customer sites, documenting work and maintaining records.

Ideal candidates have a technical education or military training, plus hands-on use of hand tools and basic electrical test equipment. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with hand tools and basic electrical test equipment.
• Microsoft Windows operating systems knowledge required.
• Lift up to 75 pounds and work in an industrial shop floor environment.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to install, repair, troubleshoot, service and calibrate advanced measuring instruments (CMMs).
• Document service work and maintain accurate service records.
• Work independently representing ZEISS in a fast-paced environment.
• 50+ hour work weeks with OT absorption when traveling.
