Job summary

ZEISS Group is seeking a Field Service Technician to travel to customer sites across the region, installing, repairing, and calibrating advanced measuring instruments. You'll document service work and maintain records while representing ZEISS in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include hands-on work with CMMs, tools, and electrical testing equipment, with 70–90% travel and a company vehicle provided. Strong mechanical aptitude and a valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
• Tech school or associate degree in electronics/industrial mechanics is a plus.
• Military technical training accepted; hands-on electrical tools experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites within region (70–90% travel).
• Install, repair, troubleshoot, service and calibrate advanced measuring instruments (CMMs).
• Document service work and maintain service records.
• Work independently and represent ZEISS in a fast-paced environment.
