Fives Landis Corp is seeking Field Service Technicians to join its service team in the United States with flexible location options. You will set up, test, and service precision equipment at client sites, demonstrate performance, and provide rapid support to minimize downtime.

Travel up to 75% is required. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, 2 years of field service experience, and knowledge of CNC grinding and PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Fanuc).

Qualificações

• Minimum of a High School diploma or GED.
• 2 years of field service experience.
• Knowledge of precision cylindrical grinding. Centerless and double disc grinding knowledge is a plus.
• Understanding of CNC machines with servo drives and motors.
• Familiarity with PLCs such as Allen Bradley, Fanuc, Siemens, etc.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% and engage with customers.

Responsabilidades

• Set up, integrate, and test equipment and systems at client locations.
• Demonstrate equipment performance and confirm operation to customers.
• Provide rapid support for critical equipment failures to minimize downtime.
• Perform emergency repairs and diagnose issues with effective solutions.
• Educate clients on proper equipment operation to maximize efficiency.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams about service updates.
• Serve as primary technical liaison and manage customer interactions.
• Submit detailed service reports with parts used and actions taken.
