Job summary

Uniti is seeking a Customer Service Technician I in Comer, GA to install and repair residential and business communications services. You will use test equipment, work with different technologies, and help customers select products and services that fit their needs.

The role requires driving, safety training, and the ability to work outdoors and at heights. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, and willingness to undergo safety training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights.
• Color discrimination and ability to distinguish color-coded cables.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair residential and business services (telephone, internet, video).
• Operate and train with test equipment and tools for various technologies.
• Recommend products/services to meet customer needs.
• Work in buried or aerial plant (pole/climbing).
• Safely operate company vehicle and maintain it.
• Work indoors and outdoors; adhere to safety standards.
