Job summary

Gordon Food Service is seeking a Field Service Technician for the Fort Wayne, IN area. You will install, maintain, and service coffee machines, juice machines, dishwashers, and chemical dispensing equipment for diverse customers, including national accounts and healthcare facilities.

Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with on-call rotation, overtime opportunities, and a take‑home company van. Candidates need 2 years’ experience, strong mechanical aptitude, a valid license, and the ability to lift

Qualifications

• 2 years customer service or equipment repair experience.
• Mechanical aptitude including electrical, plumbing, health and sanitation codes.
• Ability to interpret maintenance manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Must be 18+ with valid state driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install and service coffee machines, juice machines, dishwashers, and chemical dispensing machines.
• Perform preventative maintenance and diagnose issues.
• Provide exceptional customer service on site.
• Travel within service territory with on-call rotation as needed.
