Carolina Handling, LLC is seeking a Field Technician in Goldsboro, NC to service material handling equipment and automation products at customer sites. You will diagnose electro-mechanical issues, install and repair equipment, and provide exceptional customer service while adhering to safety guidelines.

The role requires a valid driver's license and a high school diploma, with 1–3 years of related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of related maintenance/repair/installation experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required.
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals for diagnosing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electro-mechanical problems and perform installations and repairs.
• Interact with customers to understand concerns and resolve issues.
• Maintain professional demeanor and represent the company positively.
• Perform repairs efficiently and address issues promptly.
• Carry out scheduled maintenance for contracted customers.
• Manage parts and supplies in the service van inventory.
