Carolina Handling, a Raymond Dealer, is seeking a full-time Field Technician to service lift trucks and related equipment at customer sites in the Goldsboro area. You will diagnose electro-mechanical issues, install and repair equipment, and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction.

This role requires a high school diploma, a clean driving record, 1–3 years of related experience, and the ability to read schematics and manuals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years in maintenance, repair, or installation preferred.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and electronic systems knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting electro-mechanical problems and performing installations and repairs.
• Interact directly with customers to understand concerns and resolve issues.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and represent the company positively.
• Execute repairs efficiently and address situations promptly.
• Perform scheduled maintenance on equipment for contracted customers.
• Keep parts and supplies inventory in the service van.
• Ensure the service van is stocked and maintained.
