Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking Field Service Technicians in Florence, SC to install, maintain, and repair electromechanical self-checkout systems for major retail customers. You will join a team delivering on-site service across a defined territory with hands-on training and ongoing support.

The role offers hourly pay from $17.00 to $19.00, overtime at time and a half, and comprehensive benefits while supporting a global brand in a dynamic, customer-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Local candidate to the Florence, SC area.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver's license and driving record that satisfies NCR fleet requirements.
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and some hardware and operating system familiarity.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Preferred: familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, imaging software; A+/CompTIA/N+ certifications; one+ year of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
