Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking Field Service Technicians to install, maintain, and service electromechanical equipment, including self-checkout systems, across a designated territory around Charlotte, NC. You will diagnose issues, perform routine PMs, and coordinate with customers to minimize downtime.

Training is provided and travel is required as needed to support customers. The role offers an hourly wage of $17–$19, overtime at time and a half, paid holidays, vacation time, 401K, a company vehicle, and

Qualifications

• Local candidate to a specific geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets NCR fleet requirements.
• PC skills and basic electronics familiarity.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodation.
• Prolonged travel with driving several hours per day.
• Rotating and weekend shifts.
• Willing to be trained on and operate small scale scissor lifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
